Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 26th February 2026

1. About Us

SendDoc is a document printing and postal fulfilment service operated by Elevate Alpha Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 15195059).

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SendDoc.
“You” refers to the customer placing an order.

2. Nature of Our Service

SendDoc provides a document printing and postal dispatch service.

Our service consists of:

  • Receiving your uploaded document
  • Printing the document as provided
  • Packaging the document
  • Remitting the document to Royal Mail or another postal carrier for delivery

We do not provide delivery services ourselves.

Our service is deemed fulfilled once the document has been printed and handed over to the postal carrier.

3. No Guarantee of Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to process and remit documents promptly. However:

  • We do not guarantee same-day printing or dispatch.
  • We may be unable to process orders immediately due to operational limitations, technical issues, staffing constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • No specific dispatch time is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that dispatch timing is not guaranteed.

4. Delivery & Royal Mail Responsibility

All deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or other third-party postal providers.

Once your document has been handed to the postal carrier:

  • We have no control over delivery times.
  • We have no control over delays, losses, or damages in transit.
  • We cannot provide delivery updates beyond proof of dispatch (if available).
  • We cannot intervene in postal investigations.

We strongly recommend selecting a tracked delivery option where available if delivery confirmation is important to you.

We are not responsible for postal delays, failed deliveries, or lost items once dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are calculated based on:

  • Page count
  • Envelope selection
  • Delivery option selected

Full payment is required at checkout via Stripe before processing begins.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur.

6. No Refund Policy (Services Rendered)

Due to the nature of our service:

  • Once a document has been printed and/or dispatched, the service has been rendered.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.
  • No refunds will be issued due to postal delays, non-delivery, or carrier issues.
  • No refunds will be issued for user errors, including incorrect addresses or incorrect uploaded files.

Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion in cases of confirmed operational failure prior to dispatch.

This policy is in place due to the irreversible nature of printing and postal fulfilment.

7. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Uploading the correct final document
  • Ensuring accurate page count (if required)
  • Providing correct and complete recipient details
  • Ensuring the document complies with applicable laws

We do not edit, proofread, or verify document content.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not upload documents that:

  • Infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Contain illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Contain nude, explicit, or NSFW material
  • Violate UK law

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules.

Where prohibited content is identified, refunds may not be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • We are not liable for postal carrier actions or failures.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • You are purchasing a custom, irreversible service.
  • Once printing has commenced, the service cannot be reversed.

Submitting a chargeback for a completed and dispatched order may constitute a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide Stripe with proof of service fulfilment in the event of a dispute.

11. Data Protection

Documents are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
